Town of Leonardtown, MD Article II Discounts for Payment

§ 137-7 Authorization; limits.

Discounts for payments made prior to October 1 of each year in which levied of ordinary municipal taxes of Leonardtown shall be allowed as follows:

A. A discount of 11/2% for such payments made during the month of July.

B. A discount of 1% for such payments made during the month of August.

C. A discount of 1/2 of 1% for such payments made during the month of September.

§ 137-7.1 Deadline.

The above-named discount applies only if the full year tax amount is paid prior to October 1.
