The following described lands shall comprise a fire district under N.J.S.A. 40:151-1 to 40:151-54,[2] inclusive, to be known as the "Franklinville Fire District of Franklin Township," said lands being known and designated as follows:
A. 
Beginning in the center of Delsea Drive at the Clayton Borough line and running thence northeastwardly along the Clayton Borough line to the Scotland Branch; thence southwardly down Scotland Branch to the center of Coles Mill Road; thence westwardly along the center of Coles Mill Road to the center of Wall Street; thence, southwestwardly along the center of Wall Street to the center of Delsea Drive; thence northwardly along the center of Delsea Drive to the Clayton Borough line to the point and place of beginning.
B. 
Beginning in the center of Delsea Drive in the Clayton Borough line; thence southwardly along the center of Delsea Drive to the Franklinville-Porchtown Road and continuing southwardly along the center of the Porchtown Road to Royal Avenue, thence southwestwardly along the center of Royal Avenue to the Aura-Willow Grove Road; thence southeastwardly along the center of the Willow Grove Road to the Bridgeton Road; thence westwardly along the center of the Bridgeton Road to the Salem County line; thence northwestwardly along the Salem County line to the Elk Township line; thence northeastwardly along the Elk Township line and the Clayton Borough line to the place of beginning.
C. 
Beginning in the centers of the Porchtown-Franklinville Road and Delsea Drive and running southwardly along the center of Delsea Drive to Wall Street; thence northeastwardly along the center of Wall Street to Coles Mill Road; thence eastwardly along the center of Coles Mill Road to Scotland Branch; thence southwardly along the Scotland Branch to the PRS lines tracks; thence northwardly along the PRS tracks to the center of Leonard Cake Road; thence westwardly along the center of Leonard Cake Road to Still Run; thence southwardly along Still Run to the Salem County line; thence northwestwardly along the Salem County line to the Bridgeton Road; thence eastwardly along the center of the Bridgeton Road to the Aura-Willow Grove Road; thence northwardly along the center of the Aura Road to Royal Avenue; thence northeastwardly along the center of Royal Avenue to the Porchtown-Franklinville Road; thence northwardly along the center of the Porchtown-Franklinville Road to the point and place of beginning.

Beginning in the center of Marshall Mill Road and the center of Main Lake Road and running thence southwardly along the center of Main Lake Road to Victoria Avenue; thence southwestwardly along the center of Victoria Avenue to Rosemont Avenue; thence southwestwardly along the center of Rosemont Avenue to the Newfield Borough line; thence southwestwardly along the Newfield Borough line to the Cumberland County line; thence along the Cumberland County line northwestwardly to the center of Delsea Drive; thence along the Cumberland County line northwestwardly to the center of Delsea Drive, thence along the center of Delsea Drive and the Delsea Drive bypass over the Malaga Railroad Bridge to the center of Marshall Mill Road; thence northeastwardly along the center of Marshall Mill Road to the place of beginning.
B. 
Beginning in the Cumberland County line in the center of Delsea Drive and running northwestwardly along the Cumberland County and Salem County lines to Still Run; thence northwardly up Still Run to the center of Leonard Cake Road; thence eastwardly along the center of Leonard Cake Road to the PRSL tracks; thence southwardly along the PRSL tracks to Scotland Run; thence northwardly along Scotland Run to the center of Delsea Drive; thence southwardly along the center of Delsea Drive to the center of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence northwardly along the center of Pennsylvania Avenue to the center of the Atlantic Electric access road; thence generally eastwardly along the center of said access road to the center of Indian Branch at the intersection of Chew Branch; thence eastwardly along the center of Indian Branch to the center of Marshall Mill Road; thence southwestwardly along the center of Marshall Mill Road to the Delsea Drive bypass; thence southwardly along the center of the Delsea Drive bypass and Delsea Drive to the point and place of beginning.

Beginning in the center of Scotland Branch and the center of Washington Avenue and running thence southwardly along Scotland Branch to the center line of Delsea Drive; thence southeasterly along the center of Delsea Drive to the center of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence eastwardly along the center of Pennsylvania Avenue to the center of Atlantic Electric's access road; thence generally eastwardly along the center of said access road to the center of Indian Branch at the intersection of Chew Branch; thence, eastwardly along the center of Indian Branch to the center of Marshall Mi1l Road; thence northwardly along the center of Marshall Mill Road to the center of Emmel Road (extended); thence along the center of Emmel Road and the same extended eastwardly to Blue Bell Road; thence southwardly along the center of Blue Bell Road to Faraway Branch; thence eastwardly along the center of Faraway Branch (formerly called Big Meadow Branch) to the Monroe Township line; thence northwestwardly along the Monroe Township line to the center of East Grant Avenue (extended); thence westwardly along the center of East Grant Avenue (extended) to Tuckahoe Road; thence northwardly along the center of Tuckahoe Road to Grant Avenue; thence westwardly along the center of Grant Avenue to Washington Avenue to the center of Scotland Run and the point and place of beginning.

Beginning in the Clayton Borough line in the center of Scotland Branch and running northeastwardly along the Clayton Borough line and the Clayton-Williamstown Road to the Monroe Township line thence southeastwardly along the Monroe Township line to the extended center line of East Grant Avenue; thence westwardly along the center of East Grant Avenue, Tuckahoe Road and Grant Avenue to the center of Washington Avenue; thence northwestwardly along the center of Washington Avenue to the center of Scotland Branch; thence northwardly along Scotland Branch to the place of beginning.

Beginning in the Newfield Borough line in the center of Catawba Avenue and running eastwardly along the center of Catawba Avenue to Blue Bell Road and the Harding Highway; thence eastwardly along the center of the Harding Highway to the Atlantic County line; thence southwardly along the Atlantic County line to the Cumberland County line; thence northwestwardly along the Cumberland County line to the center of Weymouth Road and the Newfield Borough line; thence eastwardly along the center of Weymouth Road to the east line of Newfield Borough; thence northwardly along said east Borough line to the place of beginning.
B. 
Beginning in the center of Marshall Mill Road and Emmel Road (extended) and running eastwardly along Emmel Road (extended) to Blue Bell Road; thence southwardly along Blue Bell Road to Faraway Branch; thence eastwardly along Faraway Branch (formerly called Big Meadow Branch) to the Monroe Township line; thence southeastwardly along the Monroe Township line to the Atlantic County line; thence southwestwardly along the Atlantic County line to the Harding Highway; thence westwardly along the center of Harding Highway to Blue Bell Road and Catawba Avenue; thence westwardly along the center of Catawba Avenue to the Newfield Borough line; thence northwardly and westwardly along the Newfield Borough line to the Harding Highway and Rosemont Avenue; thence northwardly along the center of Rosemont Avenue to Victoria Avenue; thence eastwardly along the center of Victoria Avenue to Main Lake Road; thence northwardly along the center of Main Lake Road to Marshall Mill Road; thence northeastwardly along the center of Marshall Mill Road to Emmel Road and the point and place of beginning.

Hereafter Boards of Fire Commissioners shall be elected according to law in the respective districts and shall conduct the affairs of said districts in accordance therewith.
