It is the desire of the Township Council of
Horsham Township in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to organize an
Industrial and Commercial Development Authority in said county and
commonwealth, under the Industrial and Commercial Development Authority
Law.[1]

In pursuit of said desire and intention and
in conformity with the terms and provisions of said Industrial and
Commercial Development Authority Law, the proposed Articles of Incorporation
are hereby set forth in full as follows: (see Exhibit A).[1]

offices.
The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said
Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Township Council
by the President, the Seal of said Township shall be thereto affixed
and attested by the Secretary. The Township Solicitor is authorized
and directed to cause to be published the notice of this article which
shall contain the substance of the Articles of Incorporation as required
by the aforementioned Act, and when said Articles of Incorporation
are properly executed by the Township Council, the same shall be filed
with the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
