A.
The Township specifically incorporates by reference
into this article the pretreatment program referenced herein.[1]

Editor's Note: The prefatory clauses of this
ordinance refer to the industrial wastewater pretreatment program
for the Park Creek Sewage Treatment Plant service area, documentation
of which is on file in the Township offices.
B.
The Township hereby specifically adopts the pretreatment
program referenced herein as if fully set forth in this article.
C.
The Township hereby appoints the Authority[2] as its agent for the purposes of administering the pretreatment
program. All notifications and documents (including, but not limited
to, reports and applications) required by the pretreatment program
to be submitted to the Township shall instead be submitted to the
Authority. The Authority is hereby authorized to develop all procedures
to implement the pretreatment program set forth herein, and otherwise
administer the provisions of the pretreatment program to the extent
authorized by law. Administrative enforcement actions may be taken
by the Authority, acting as an agent of the Township to the extent
authorized by law. On the appeal of an action of the Authority by
any person, the Township may assign the hearing of the appeal and
the right to make final decisions to the Authority, to the extent
authorized by law.
