No person, corporation or other legal entity shall set up, establish
or conduct any piggery in said Township of Upper Providence where garbage
is fed to the pigs in any manner whatsoever.
No person, corporation or other legal entity shall set up or permit
any accumulation of garbage, manure or refuse from a piggery where garbage
is fed, either upon private or public property within the limits of said Township
of Upper Providence.
Any piggery where garbage is fed which is in existence and operation
at the time of the passage of this chapter, when discontinued for a period
of one year, may not be resumed, nor may the volume or capacity of any such
existing piggery be increased after the passage of this chapter.

Any violation of the above provisions shall make the offender subject
to a fine not exceeding $600 plus costs of prosecution and, in default of
payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30
days.
