The City does accept and abide by the contracts enacted between
the City and Park Hills for the Mineral Belt Area Wastewater Treatment
System Works on July 25, 1979, and for amended wastewater billing
on March, 2008.

The City has agreed to bill the same charges for wastewater
sewer services as charged by Park Hills and agrees that the Park Hills
Wastewater Department will operate and maintain the wastewater sewer
lines as part of the wastewater sewer treatment systems and works
in the City. No sewer line extension shall be made within the City
unless approved by the Park Hills Director of Utilities and the supervisor
of the Department of Public Works in accordance with this Chapter.
