City of Desloge, MO Parking Prohibited At All Times

In accordance with Section 365.050 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle in the following locations:

Location
No motor vehicle shall park on the East side of Lincoln Street being twenty (20) feet north of the intersection of Lincoln Street and Elm Street. This no parking regulation is for the purpose of preventing parking near the dangerous intersection with Elm Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the north side of Elm Street being twenty (20) feet east of the intersection of Elm Street and Lincoln Street. This no parking regulation is for the purpose of preventing parking near the dangerous intersection with Lincoln Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the west side of Lincoln Street one hundred thirty-five (135) feet north from the corner of Olive Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the north side of West Oak (P Highway) Street eighty (80) feet east from the corner of Countrylane Drive.
No motor vehicle shall park on the west side of Desloge Drive two hundred sixty (260) feet south from the corner of Cedar Street to the entrance of the Wetterau Industries property.
No motor vehicle shall park on the west side of Desloge Drive one hundred (100) feet north of Cedar Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the west side of Desloge Drive forty (40) feet south from the corner of Oak Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the east side of Desloge Drive forty (40) feet south from the corner of Oak Street.
No motor vehicle shall park within forty (40) feet of the corner of the following streets:
The west side of School Street and its intersection with Chestnut, Olive, and Walnut Streets and to include both sides of its intersections.
Walnut Street and its intersection with School and Harding Streets on both sides of said intersection.
Harding Street with its intersection with Walnut and Chestnut Streets, on both sides of said intersection.
Chestnut Street and its intersection with Harding and School Streets and the east side of their intersection with Grant Street, both north and south sides of their intersection.
Olive Street and its intersection with School Street and the east part of its intersection with Grant Street on both north and south sides.
On the east side of Grant Street and its intersection with Chestnut, Olive and Walnut Streets.
Harding Street and its intersection with Walnut and Chestnut Streets.
No parking is permitted at any time in a North-South alley in the 400 block of N. Desloge Drive lying between Locust and Cherry Streets, said alley runs parallel to North Lincoln and North Desloge Drive.
Parking within Brightwell Park shall be permitted only in designated areas specifically designated as parking areas by signs posted by the City. No parking shall be permitted at any time along the entrance and roadway through Brightwell Park.
No motor vehicle shall park on the south side of West Oak ("P" Highway) Street one hundred sixty-five (165) feet east from the corner of Country Lane.
No motor vehicle shall park on the north side of Evergreen, west eighty-seven and one-half (87.5) feet from the intersection of South Desloge Drive and West Evergreen Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the east side of North Lincoln, twenty (20) feet north from the intersection of North Lincoln and Poplar Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on the north side of Poplar Street, twenty (20) feet east from the intersection of Poplar Street and North Lincoln.
No motor vehicle shall park on the east side of North Lincoln, one hundred (100) feet north from the intersection of North Lincoln and Poplar Street.
No motor vehicle shall park on either the east or west sides of North State Street, north of North Desloge Drive to the Big River Bridge.
No motor vehicle shall park on the east side of Wilson from Locust to Elm Streets.
No motor vehicle shall park on the north and south sides of Pride Drive one thousand (1,000) feet west from State Street. [Ord. No. 2018.29, 7-9-2018]
