Any person aggrieved by the action of any official in the administration or enforcement of this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the Talbot County Board of Appeals. The appeal shall be filed and processed in the manner prescribed for administrative appeals under Chapter 20, Board of Appeals, Talbot County Code.
