A. 
A moratorium is hereby placed on the opening of any new alcoholic beverage establishments, which, as part of their operation, employ go-go dancers for the purposes of providing such entertainment.
B. 
On and after the effective date of this subsection, no additional alcoholic beverage establishments shall be permitted, as part of their operation, to employ go-go dancers for the purposes of providing entertainment.

Such a moratorium shall be understood to mean that there shall be no approvals granted or go-go activity permitted until further decision by the Irvington Municipal Council.
The Division of Licensing of the Township of Irvington shall advise the Municipal Clerk, serving as secretary of the ABC Board, when a license or license transfer is applied for, who may subsequently advise any new license applicants that such a moratorium exists.

A. 
All go-go dancers who are to provide entertainment at any establishment under the jurisdiction of the Alcoholic Control Beverage Board must meet with following requirements:
(1) 
They are at least 18 years of age or older before they begin employment with the ABC establishment in the Township.
(2) 
The establishment employing said go-go dancers shall remit a fee to the Township of $1,067 no matter how many dancers are employed.

B. 
All licensees that employ go-go dancers must maintain a separate work sheet which must be completed in detail prior to any performance by an individual listing the full name, age, date of birth, social security number, address and stage name of every go-go dancer. The list is to be maintained current (on a daily basis) and kept on the premises of the licensee for the period of one year. The licensee shall keep on file a photographic identification of each go-go dancer at his or her licensed premises. This file is to be maintained on the premises and available to the appropriate authorities upon demand.
