A.
There are hereby established within the Township of
Jefferson, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:66-1 and N.J.S.A. 40A:63-7, two
districts, the boundaries of which shall be coterminous with the municipal
boundaries of the Township of Jefferson.[1]

B.
The Municipal Council for the Township shall, by contract
or otherwise, provide for such collection and removal of garbage,
ashes, refuse, waste matters, cans, bottles, rags, wastepaper, crockery
and household refuse from all dwellings, households, schools and public
buildings within said collection districts and shall, through the
levy and collection of taxes, provide sufficient moneys to provide
for the payment and cost of such collection in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40A:63-7.

plus Weldon Road to Morris County Park and Lake Shawnee.

Forest Reservation, Lake Shawnee, Weldon Road. Route No. 15 from Weldon
Road to Mase Mountain southbound and to the shopping center northbound,
Edison Road, Minnisink Road.
