The seal of the City shall be circular in form, having, in the center foreground, representations of agricultural implements, manufactured products, steam engine, lathe and other machinery; in the background, a view of Rollstone Hill with granite quarry, and at its base, a railroad with full train of cars; in the margin, the following words and figures: Fitchburg, a town, Feb. 3, 1764; a city, Mar. 8, 1872; the design being set out herein.
All deeds and other legal documents made, given or entered into by the City, requiring a seal, shall be sealed with the City Seal.
The City Clerk shall be the keeper of the City Seal.
