GENERAL REFERENCES
Solid waste — See Ch. 177.
It is a violation to throw, dump, deposit or place or cause to be thrown,
dumped, deposited or placed upon any public highway within the Town of Niles
or upon private lands adjacent thereto any trash, garbage, rubbish, litter
or offensive matter, punishable by a fine of $50.
