Upon those streets or parts thereof described
in Schedule XX attached to and made a part of this chapter, the speed
limits shall be as designated.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected
and maintained as required by the Director of the Division of Motor
Vehicles and as specified in his/her authorization of the above speed
zones.
The speed limits shall become effective upon
posting of the proper signs after approval by the Director of the
Division of Motor Vehicles.
