For the purpose of this chapter:
Any self-service device, offered for public use, which upon the insertion
of coins, money or tokens, or by any other means, dispenses unit servings
of food or beverages, either in bulk or in packages.
From the effective date of this chapter, it shall be illegal for any
person or other entity to place or maintain any vending machines upon the
sidewalks of the Borough of Coudersport.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not
more than $300; and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Every
day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate
offense.
