No person shall cut, break, mark, injure, destroy or molest any tree, shrub, grass plot, wall, fence, guardrail, post, pole, culvert, drain, bulletin board, public notice, street sign or light in or upon any street, park or other public place in the Village or any other property belonging to the Village or under its control or in its possession.

No person shall interfere with, take or use any of the property of the Village without first obtaining the consent of the Village Mayor, Board of Trustees or Village Administrator.
No person shall drive any vehicle over any fire hose under the control of the Fire Department, except with the consent of the person in charge of such hose.
No person shall place, drop or throw and leave any glass, nails or other destructive matter, or throw any stone or other missile, in or from any street, park or other public place in the Village.

Each day on which any violation of any provision of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate violation. The penalty for each violation shall be as provided in § 1-17 of Chapter 1, General Provisions. Notwithstanding the penalties provided herein, the Village may also seek civil restitution for all damage.
