[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Perry 10-1-1938 as Art. II, § 5 of the 1938 Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Any person who, at the time of any fire in the Village of Perry, shall be guilty of any insubordination, or who shall obstruct the operations of the Fire Department, or who shall willfully neglect and refuse to obey or attempt to prevent or obstruct the execution of the order of the Trustees of said Village or officers of said Fire Department, shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
