In accordance with Article 3, § 3-300,
Subdivision 2, of the Village Law, State of New York, the Village
Board of Trustees provides that the Village Clerk of the Village of
Pleasantville need not reside within the incorporated limits of the
Village of Pleasantville, but must reside within the County of Westchester,
New York.
