Editor's Note: The salaries and compensation of all other officers
and employees of the Village of Waverly are as set forth from time to time
by the Board of Trustees. Information concerning current salary and compensation
figures is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, where it is available
for examination during regular business hours.

Editor's Note: This local law was subject to a permissive referendum,
and no valid petition requesting such referendum was filed as of 2-9-1996,
in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
This Article is enacted to amend L.L. No. 3-1965, which local law set
the annual compensation of Mayor and members of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Waverly.
The annual compensation of the Mayor is hereby fixed at $3,000; the
annual compensation of each member of the Board of Trustees is hereby fixed
at $1,500.
This Article shall take effect on June 1, 1996, unless a proper petition
has been filed requesting a referendum on this local law, in which case, it
shall take effect upon approval of the votes at such referendum within five
days following such referendum.
