Editor's Note: This local law superseded former Ch. 64, Sewer and
Water Rents, adopted 12-13-1993 by L.L. No. 5-1993.
Whereas the Village of West Carthage has undertaken extensive construction
of sewage treatment facilities and lateral sewers on behalf of the residents
of the Village of West Carthage, the Village Board of the Village of West
Carthage deems it in the best interest of said Village that the repayment
of such construction and the payment for maintenance of said new facilities
and sewers be financed in part by the imposition of new sewer rents and water
charges.

The entire cost of materials and installation shall be borne by the
consumer. Initial hookup costs to the Village sewer lines inside the Village
and outside is $600, payable upon completion of the DPW connection.
