The Borough Council may, from time to time,
in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law, Chapter
291, Section 49, of the Laws of New Jersey 1975,[1] and after public notice and hearing in accordance with
law, amend, supplement or change the regulations and districts herein
established and adopt rules and regulations for the purpose of interpreting
and carrying this chapter into effect.
