B.
Stop signs shall be installed on the near right-hand
side of each intersecting street on the above-mentioned through streets
except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided
in New Jersey Statutes, every person convicted of a violation of this
article shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
