As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
The furnishing of gasoline, oil, air and water, the changing
and repair of tires, the furnishing of accessories or the making of
repairs to the automobile or vehicle of any kind whatsoever.
It shall be unlawful for any person to service
any automobile or other vehicle upon any sidewalk whereby such sidewalk
shall be blocked or obstructed, wholly or in part, to pedestrian traffic.
