The Edinboro News is hereby designated the "Official Newspaper"
of Washington Township pursuant to 45 Pa. C.S. § 101.
All boards, authorities, commissions, committees, and other
instrumentalities of Washington Township are hereby authorized to
publish in the Edinboro News all official and legal advertising that
is required to be or may be published in a "newspaper of general circulation"
and/or an "official newspaper."
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the advertisement of
any matter, including but not limited to advertisements for bids and
requests for proposals, in any other newspaper of general circulation.
