Traffic flow is restricted on the following
streets or portions thereof which are hereby established as one-way
streets in the directions indicated. The appropriate traffic-control
devices shall be erected upon or at the entrances to such streets
(or if already erected are hereby ratified).

Any person operating a vehicle who fails to
travel in the appropriate direction on any one-way street herein provided
for shall be guilty of a summary offense pursuant to 75 Pa. C.S.A.
§ 6502 and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.
