Those portions, districts or zones of the Incorporated
Village of Patchogue shown on the Building Zone Map[1] of said Village, as amended from time to time, and defined
and designated therein as any building zone district other than A
Residence Zone, C Residence Zone, B Residence and Office District,
RPO Residence and Professional Office District, RH Residence District
and parcels which have been approved for multifamily residential use
by the Board of Trustees and the Fire Inspector, are hereby determined,
defined and declared to be the fire limits of and the boundaries of
the fire limits of the Incorporated Village of Patchogue.
