A. 
Unless otherwise determined by the Authority and except as herein provided, whenever the surface of any municipal street is disturbed by construction of the sewer lines, it will be the responsibility of the developer to secure and maintain street opening permits from the municipality, or highway occupancy permits from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The developer shall be responsible for all costs relating to such permits, including but not limited to, insurance, financial security, and inspection fees required by the agency having jurisdiction over the roadway.
B. 
Unless otherwise required, all street restoration, including curbs and sidewalks, shall be in compliance with the requirements of the municipality or the state.
A. 
The developer shall have available at all times, including nonworking hours, weekends, and holidays, an emergency maintenance crew and a person of authority and responsibility to act in cases of emergency, such as flooding, cave-ins, or other unsafe conditions, resulting from construction activities. The developer shall submit to the Authority all the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the emergency crew supervisor(s) prior to beginning construction operations. The developer shall be responsible for costs resulting from such emergency work.
B. 
The developer is responsible for all costs incurred for any emergency work performed by the Authority or others on the developer's behalf.
