Pursuant to § 1104 of the Real Property
Tax Law, as amended by Chapter 602 of the Laws of New York of 1993,
the collection of delinquent Monroe County real property taxes shall
continue to be enforced pursuant to the Monroe County In Rem Tax Foreclosure
Act[1] as such Act may from time to time be amended.
