Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Art. III, Bulkhead,
Coolidge Avenue, Ortley Beach, adopted 6-10-1986 by Ord. No. 2413-86.
No person shall crab or fish from the public bulkhead located
at the end of Coolidge Avenue, Ortley Beach, between the hours of
8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Any person violating the provisions of this article, upon conviction
by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall suffer a penalty of not
more than 30 days in the Ocean County Jail or a fine of not more than
$200, or both, at the discretion of the court in which such conviction
is had.
