The Tax Collector of the Township of Maidencreek
is hereby authorized and empowered to charge and collect a fee in
advance of or concurrently with issuing a copy of a tax bill, a copy
of a tax receipt or a tax certification, whether to the taxpayer or
a third party. The fee shall be as set forth from time to time by
resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
