As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
A pedal bicycle having a helper motor with a maximum piston displacement
of less than 50 cubic centimeters, rated not more than 1.5 brake horsepower
and capable of a maximum speed of no more than 25 miles per hour.
The parking of a motorized bicycle or any other type of motor-driven
vehicle shall be prohibited along the Linwood bicycle path, located within
the City of Linwood.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject
to a payment of a fine in the amount of $36 for a first violation and $51
for all subsequent violations. Payment of said fine may be made directly to
the Municipal Court Clerk through the Linwood Violations Bureau.
