In compliance with § 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and
other statutes, laws and regulations which may be applicable thereto, the
1983 annual salary for the Town Clerk of the Town of Cicero, Onondaga County,
New York, is established at $15,060, which is an increase of $750 over the
amount of $14,310 which was set forth in the preliminary budget notice published
on October 20, 1982, pursuant to the requirements of § 108 of the
Town Law of the State of New York.
This article shall take effect upon its being duly filed in the office
of the Secretary of State, subject to the provisions of § 24 of
the Municipal Home Rule Law which, among other requirements, mandates that
it be subject to permissive referendum.
