For any project for which the Town of Cicero will incur indebtedness,
attorneys for the Town of Cicero shall be compensated in accordance with the
applicable contract for legal services.
To the extent that the applicable contract for legal services provides
for payment to the attorneys of a percentage of the debt incurred by the Town
of Cicero, the attorneys shall receive such compensation in the amounts and
at the times as set forth below:
A.
Upon the establishment of any district required to be
established: 25%;
B.
Upon the acquisition of all necessary easements and the
recording thereof: 25%;
C.
Upon completion of construction and acceptance of the
project by the Town of Cicero: 25%;
D.
Upon final financing for the project: the balance of
the fee remaining to be paid.
