No person shall keep an animal which may cause
injury to persons or animals or damage to property except in compliance
with this chapter.
All such animals shall be securely confined
within the property of the persons keeping the animal to prevent the
animal from leaving the property and causing injury or damage.
If an animal causes injury to persons or animal
or damage to property, a report of such incident shall be made to
the Town Clerk within 20 days.
A violation of this article is an offense punishable
by a fine up to $500 per violation.

The Town Board shall, from time to time, by
resolution adopt fees and other charges in accordance with its existing
contract with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
