A. 
No permit for the erection of any building shall be issued unless a street or highway giving access to such proposed structure has been duly placed on the Official Map, or unless such street or highway is an existing street or highway, or unless such street appears on a recorded plat approved by the Planning Board.
B. 
No such permit shall be issued unless such street or highway has been suitably improved or, alternatively, where a performance bond has been posted to cover the full cost of such improvement.
A. 
No public municipal street utility or improvement shall be constructed by the Town in any street or highway until it has become a public street or highway and is duly placed on the Official Map.
B. 
Subject to the discretion of the Town Board, a subsurface utility or improvement operated for revenue by the Town or by a special district may be constructed by the Town in a private street, provided a public easement satisfactory to the Town Board is obtained for such utility or improvement.
The Town Board may, by ordinance, provide for additional remedies to prevent or abate violations and to establish penalties for violations, as provided by law.
The Town Building Inspector shall continuously inspect work progress of the particular subdivision licensee and shall insist upon construction and development in strict conformity with the approved plans. In the event he finds any substantial departure in the execution or performance of said plans he shall immediately issue a stop-work order. His decision in this regard may be appealed to the Planning Board who shall either affirm or overrule such decision and whose action thereof shall be final insofar as the municipality is involved.

A. 
A violation of these regulations is declared to be an offense, punishable by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both.
B. 
Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation.
