A. 
No person shall use or contribute to the use of a vehicle equipped or out of repair so as to create loud or unnecessary noise by grating, grinding, rattling, racing of motors or screeching of tires on any street, public place or on any private property.
B. 
Noise of such character, intensity or duration is declared to be a nuisance and shall be punishable as provided in Article XI, § 198-17.
A. 
The driver of any vehicle shall yield to any emergency vehicle sounding a siren, horn or bell and shall not follow the emergency vehicle until it shall be at least 150 feet away.
B. 
The driver of any vehicle shall not impose or obstruct the operation of any emergency vehicle after the emergency vehicle has arrived at its destination.
No vehicle shall protrude into any street except when actually loading or unloading, and in no event shall said vehicle interfere with the passage of any other vehicle lawfully moving on said streets.

No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer or flagperson or other person duly empowered to regulate traffic. Words in this section shall be defined as set forth in the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
