§ 92-1 Use restricted.

No person other than a duly appointed police officer or law enforcement official shall fire or discharge a gun or other firearm within the Municipality of Kingston except to protect life or property or as otherwise allowed by and in compliance with federal or state law.

§ 92-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.) and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days.
