This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "West Deer Township Planning Commission Ordinance."
[Amended 3-21-2012 by Ord. No. 391]
There is hereby created and established a Township
Planning Commission consisting of seven members to be appointed by
the Board of Supervisors, to serve staggered terms of four years each.
Said Commission shall have all the powers and
duties prescribed by ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code (53 P.S. § 10101 et seq.).
