The Marcus Hook Borough Tax Collector is hereby
authorized to charge a tax certification fee of $10 per taxing year
certified for certifications requested by the owner of the real estate
or his or her authorized agent.[1] Such fees shall be the property of the Borough Tax Collector.

The Marcus Hook Borough Tax Collector is hereby
authorized to charge a duplicate tax bill fee of $10 for each document
issued to all taxpayers and their authorized agents requesting a duplicate
copy of the tax bills.[1] Such fees shall be the property of the Borough Tax Collector.

The Marcus Hook Borough Tax Collector is hereby
authorized to charge a fee of $15 to any person submitting a check
for the payment of Borough taxes which is returned for insufficient
funds.[1] Such fees shall be the property of the Borough of Marcus
Hook.
