§ 125-1 Street openings and closings.

Each applicant who files a request for the opening or closing of a street or alley shall pay to the Borough of Milton at the time of the filing of said request, the sum of $100, which shall be nonrefundable and shall be used by the Borough of Milton to pay the costs of the proceedings in said request.

§ 125-2 Changes in zoning.

Each applicant who files a request for a change of zoning shall pay to the Borough of Milton, at the time of filing said request, the sum of $100, which shall be nonrefundable and shall be used by the Borough of Milton to pay the costs of the proceedings in said request.

§ 125-3 Hearings before Zoning Hearing Board.

Each applicant who files a request for a hearing required by provisions of Chapter 243, Zoning, before the Zoning Hearing Board shall pay to the Borough of Milton, at the time of filing said request, the sum of $120, which shall be nonrefundable and shall be used by the Borough of Milton to pay the eligible costs of the proceedings in said request.

§ 125-4 Failure to pay fee.

No proceedings shall be initiated by the Borough Council or the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Milton on any request for hearings until the aforesaid filing fees are paid by the applicant.

§ 125-5 Supersession of prior fees.

This article shall supersede and amend any prior fees established by the Milton Borough Council for filing the aforesaid applications.
