A.
The application, as herein attached,[1] of Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., is accepted to have
motor vehicles laws made applicable to its property. This application
will take effect upon approval by the Commissioner of Transportation
as authorized under N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1.

B.
The Board of Commissioners of the Village of Ridgefield
Park deems that the enforcement of the traffic regulations in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 at the Overpeck Office Park site will benefit
all of the citizens and residents of the Village of Ridgefield Park.
C.
After approval has been granted by the Commissioner
of Transportation, traffic regulations then shall be set up by the
Village Police Department, and signs shall then be installed and enforcement
shall begin.
