Under the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 8D, there is
hereby established a Historical Commission of the Town of Hadley for
the purpose and with the rights and duties provided by law, to be
composed of seven members appointed by the Select Board for the terms
of three years, except that initial appointment shall be three members
for one year, two members for two years and two members for three
years.
