As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER REMOVAL PERMIT
A letter from the Township Tax Collector attesting to the fact that the Township, county and school real estate taxes have been paid to date.
The owner of a mobile home/manufactured home located within the Township shall not sell or remove such unit without first obtaining a trailer removal permit.
All mobile home or manufactured home parks-lessors in the Township shall notify the Township within five days of any changes in ownership, location, tenancy or occupancy of any mobile/manufactured home, and shall notify any unit owner contemplating selling or moving a unit that the owner is required by this article to first obtain a trailer removal permit.
Violation of this article shall subject the violator to a fine of $600 for each occurrence thereof.
