GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusements — See Ch. 80.
Bingo and raffles shall be permitted on the first day of the
week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."

The Municipal Clerk shall serve as the issuing authority and
shall act on an application for a bingo and raffles permit. A person
seeking a bingo and raffles permit shall file an application with
the Municipal Clerk on forms provided.
