Buildings must not be moved upon or along any street of this Village without permission, in writing, from the Board of Trustees thereof, which consent shall specify the route to be taken, and said Board of Trustees shall require a bond to the Village to be given and signed by the applicant and two or more sureties approved by said Board conditioned that the applicant will in all respects comply with the terms and conditions of such permit and indemnify said Village against any danger, loss or damage occasioned by reason of such removal.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine of not less than $125 and not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
