Food from establishments outside the jurisdiction of the Health
Department of the County may be sold in the County if such food establishments
conform to the provisions of this chapter or to substantially equivalent
provisions. To determine extent of compliance with such provisions,
the health authority may accept reports from responsible authorities
in other jurisdictions where such food establishments are located.
