(a) 
The Wisconsin Fair and Open Housing Act, W.S.A., § 101.22, and all subsequent amendments are adopted by reference in this section as if fully set out.
(b) 
The officials and employees of the city shall assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the city by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures set forth in W.S.A., § 101.22.
(c) 
The clerk shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under W.S.A., § 101.22 and shall assist any person alleging a violation in the city to file a complaint with the state department of industry, labor and human relations for enforcement of W.S.A., § 101.22.
