No person shall do any work of any kind on any motor vehicle
while it is parked in any of the Borough owned, leased or controlled
parking lots. The only exception would be an emergency-type repair.
The Mohawk Pond Parking Lot, page 14, Block 97, Lot 38, of the
Red Bank Borough Tax Map, is to be used only by persons who are using
the Red Bank Recreation facilities that are located in the immediate
vicinity of the parking lot.
Motor vehicles are not to be parked for a period of time longer
than 24 hours in the Westside Hose Company parking lot, page 12, Block
87, Lot 19.01, of the Red Bank Borough Tax Map.
It shall be unlawful for any person to roller-blade, roller-skate,
skateboard or the like on municipal parking lots.
