The keeping, parking or storage of the following vehicles is hereby prohibited unless the same are stored within an enclosed shed or similar structure so located and constructed as to comply with the requirements of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Village.[1] Prohibited vehicles include boats, boat trailers, personal watercraft, all-terrain vehicles, buses, trailers, recreational vehicles, sleeping buses, sleeping cars, aircraft or helicopters or any vehicle which is designed or used for living or sleeping in addition to unlicensed motor vehicles. In case of special hardship, upon written application by a resident, the Board of Trustees may issue a temporary permit for such parking or storage.

Each person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, for each and every day that said violation continues, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
