Red Bank as Sec. BH:6-3 of the 1989 Borough Health Code. Amendments

All waste fluids, refuse, liquids and excreta shall be conveyed
to a street sewer, or shall be received in a watertight receptacle
sunk underground, the drain and receptacle to be located and constructed
in such a manner and place as may be approved by the Board.
No person shall cause, permit or allow any sewage, drainage,
factory refuse or any foul or offensive liquid or other material to
flow, leak, escape or be emptied or discharged on any street or into
the water of any pond, brook, river or stream within the limits of
the Borough, excepting in such manner and under such conditions as
the Board may direct; except, however, that this provision shall not
conflict in any way with the public sewer system of Red Bank.
