[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Towanda 12-14-1942. Amendments noted where applicable.]
After the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful to ride
a bicycle upon or over any of the sidewalks of said Borough.
Any person or persons violating the provisions of this chapter
shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not less than $1 nor more
than $10 to be collected as fines and penalties upon summary convictions
are usually collected.
The ordinance adopted June 1, 1896, together with any other
ordinance or ordinances inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.
